Nature knows best what is good. A food should therefore be as pure and natural as possible. It is only when it is used without artificial additives that its pure, authentic taste and nutrients are preserved.

That’s exactly why we offer our customers exclusively carefully manufactured products, which are produced without colourings, flavouring substances, flavour enhancers or artificial ingredients.

We are always looking for the special, the especially good. Relish is our passion. Last but not least, we pay attention to an appealing presentation of our products, for us relish starts already in the eye when a customer looks at his food.

In everything we do, we pay attention to maintaining fair dealings with all stakeholders. We offer our products at favourable, attractive prices. We thereby place a very high demand not only on the quality, but also on the conditions under which a product is created. As a company, we are BIO certified, IFS broker certified and cooperate only with IFS certified producers.

We work extremely reliably and view ourselves as partners in food production and trade. We maintain an active dialogue with both sectors.

BERND HUBERTI

Bernd Huberti manages the family business, founded in 1889 by his great-grandfather, in the fourth generation. The business economist is active in the company since more than 25 years and directs it, as its Managing Director, since 1993. Prior to completing his extra-occupational studies in business administration, he completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant in a large German trading company. He completed numerous internships in food processing companies and a further education at the food institute KIN in Neumünster, in order to also acquire a profound understanding from the production perspective.

Profound market knowledge, close contacts with manufacturers and the realisation that his favourite products were not available in the German market have prompted Huberti to bring own products onto the market. Under the brand Herr Edelmann, there is now an attractive assortment of ketchitup organic seasoning sauces, olives, chillies and chilli peppers as well as Mediterranean specialties such as ajvar, gypsy sauce, djuvec and pestos. All of this is of high quality and as natural as possible.

We as such search for the raw materials and formulations for all our products meticulously, with a view for the details and place high demands on ourselves and our partner companies.
